The Clydesdale Horse Association of Canada is open to anyone who is interested in the well-being and advancement of purebred Clydesdale horses.
The Association is the Clydesdale registering body with all work being done by Canadian Livestock Records Corporation (CLRC) in Ottawa.
You will find the CLRC in our Links section where you can find our Breeders and the Clydesdale horses registered to them.
There is an elected executive consisting of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer & Promotion with representation from each Province.
Members vote on Officers for their area bi-annually.
Annual membership dues entitle members to voting privileges at the annual meeting and substantial reductions in fees for registrations, transfers, etc.
Paying dues enables members to stay abreast of happenings within the association.
Members will receive a copy of the Canadian Clydesdale Contact magazine which is published annually in the spring. This is a membership supported endeavour containing news and the results of Clydesdale shows from across Canada.
Please visit the various sections of our site to learn more about Clydesdales and what our members have to offer.
